QuickNav is basically a 2 box toolbar. The first drop down lists all the worksheets in the active workbook. The second one lists all the defined names in the active workbook. Both of course update whenever the active workbook or worksheet is changed. The little i button give some simple 'about' information, and the footprints are to exit the add-in and close the toolbar.
Selecting anything from the drop downs takes you to that worksheet or named range.

The standard sheet tabs work fine for smaller workbooks 
But once there are more than a handful of sheets this becomes a little unwieldy. Right clicking the scroll controls can help, the alternative is scrolling back and forth. This is a particular problem for spreadsheet builders who use long worksheet names.
QuickNav also lists hidden sheets
and allows you unhide and activate them in one action:
