We are now offering easy access to expert level advice for any aspect of spreadsheet (or add-in (any technology)) development, deployment, crashes or general usage. This is not first level support 'please try rebooting your pc' type stuff. This is straight from time served experts. And all fully confidential.

Standard priority response advice

Sub 48 hour response on a best endeavour basis available through the UK working week. 90 GBP per hour or part.

High priority response advice

Sub 1 hour response, continual full time attention through the UK workday, and minimum half time attention at other times. 200 GBP per hour or part.

Both subject to availability, and both ideal for short term urgent small issues or problems or general advice.

Excel Consulting - On Site

Short term - 1,250 GBP per day plus expenses, 750 GBP per half day plus expenses.

Long term - significant reductions please contact us to discuss your needs.

Excel Consulting - Off Site

Short term - 850 GBP per day, 450 GBP per half day.

Long term - significant reductions please contact us to discuss your needs.

We are also able to offer our VBA UDF to C/C++ xll conversion services.

This service takes a working VBA User Defined Function and recodes it in a C/C++ xll. This allows for protection of intellectual property as well as giving a potentially massive (up to 300 times) performance benefit. And still with simple, single file deployment.

Value for Money

Research indicates that the best developers are around 28 times more productive than the worst, and 10 times more productive than the average. We have been doing this for many years, growing and learning all that time. Be sure to factor that into any cost comparisons.

Terms

Payment terms for all but the shortest pojects are:

• 10% on project initiation
• 25% on agreement of requirements/specification
• 25% on delivery of test version 1
• 25% on delivery of final test version
• 15% on successful acceptance test completion.

For very short projects of less than a couple of days effort a small deposit is required at project initiation, the remainder is payable on completion.

VAT

Vat is payable on all our products and services at the going (UK) rate of 15%.
